This online store is operated by Deylin Lucas. These Terms of Service govern your access to the store, its content, products, checkout, and any shopping-assistant features. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged. Product colors and appearance can vary by device.

Payments and checkout are processed through Shopify and applicable payment providers. Shipping, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies shown in this store and by rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

AI shopping assistant

The store may provide an automated shopping assistant to help find products or prepare cart actions. Its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional advice. Review product details, price, availability, shipping, and the final checkout before buying. The assistant will not place a paid order without the customer's checkout confirmation. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive data through the assistant.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. You may use them only for personal shopping and other lawful purposes expressly permitted by us.

Third-party services and links

The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, suppliers, analytics, and other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store.
